The company, clearly explained.
Cennix builds custom business software, software products and tailored AI systems for established companies, founders and startups. We help you define the solution, build it and keep it running.
We build the software a business runs on, with AI where it helps.
Established companies, founders and startups come to Cennix with something they need built: a CRM that fits how they sell, a dashboard or customer portal, a software product to launch, or an AI system connected to their own data and tools.
We help define the solution, build it, and keep it running if you want us to. Some projects have AI at the center, some use it in one part, and some do not need it at all.
Hands-on, with specialists when needed.
Cennix's founder is hands-on with the software development. For specialist areas such as complex AI or infrastructure work, we may bring in specialists, agreed with you in advance. AI also speeds up our own development; what you buy is the judgment, design, implementation and dependable operation.
Your deliverables, under an agreed ownership model.
Client engagements produce commissioned deliverables under an ownership model agreed before the work starts. Separately, Cennix develops its own software under independent brands. The two are kept clearly apart.
Expectations set before building. Permissions designed into the system.
1. Project ownership and rights
Who owns commissioned deliverables, which existing Cennix components are licensed, whether third-party components are included, and what each party can reuse. Agreed before the build starts.
2. Data access and confidentiality
What information is needed, where it is processed, who can access it and how it is retained or removed. System access is limited to the data and actions the task requires.
3. Agent authority
Read-only actions, actions that need approval, and actions allowed within a bounded policy. Important activity is logged, access can be stopped or revoked, and unresolved failures go to a responsible person.
4. Quality and release controls
Changes are evaluated against representative examples. Access, integration and model-behavior changes are reviewed, with a documented release process and recovery approach.
5. Operating responsibility
Who owns cloud accounts, model-provider accounts, credentials, infrastructure bills, user administration, incident response and support decisions, and which of these sit with Cennix or with you.
6. Demonstrations and claims
Conceptual applications and prototypes are labeled as such. Case studies appear only for real work the client has approved. Claims about security, performance or compliance need evidence for the specific system.
Actual commitments are set in each project agreement and system specification.
Our own products, kept separate from client work.
Each product has its own name, audience, pricing and roadmap. None of them is sold as part of a client service.
